- General Questions:
How do I register to become a partner, create listings and have the listings live on the website?
Please visit our partner’s page and fill in the necessary details to register yourself as a partner. Once the registration is complete, your listing process can begin.
Listing steps:
- Visit the Vendor Dashboard panel.
- Click on the “Manage Wellness Retreats” tab.
- Then Click on the “Manage Wellness Properties” to add all the details about the wellness property / center. Once you enter all the details, click on “Save & Publish” which will add the property to your list of properties in the vendor dashboard section. You can edit or delete any property at any time in the future.
- Once the wellness property / center has been added, click on the “Manage Wellness Programs” tab to add all the details about the wellness program / package. Once you enter all the details, click on “Save & Publish” to finish the listing.
Once published, we will review the listing and optimize it if needed. Depending on the volume of listings, this process could take around 4-6 business days before your listing becomes live on our website.
How do I make a copy of my retreat listing?
We suggest you make a copy of your listing after your first retreat listing has been approved by our team. Right next to your retreat listing, there are several buttons like edit, copy, and deactivate. If you select ‘copy’, it will make an identical copy of your retreat. You then need to edit this copy to showcase the corresponding details and insights of the new retreat.
Is there a ‘Book now’ option?
The e-commerce integration is currently in progress. After the e-commerce integration is complete, the partners will be able to select the “Book now” button to appear on their listings for the viewers to directly book from our website. We provide this option as viewers are more likely to book if they find easier access to make payments quicker and faster on a website they trust. Also, you don’t have to worry about paying our commission invoices as they automatically get deducted from the deposit.
Can I edit my previously listed retreats? How long before the edits go live?
Yes, you can edit both the wellness property and wellness program details at any time from your vendor dashboard panel. After the necessary changes are made and published, we will then review the changes and make it live if there aren’t any issues. Usually, the reviewing process takes about 48 hours.
How do I increase the number of enquiries I get?
These are some strategies you could use to boost the number of enquiries you get.
- create an attractive title that stands out and gets the viewer’s attention.
- have a high quality featured image to attract more views
- have an exclusive gift or offer for booking instantly
- include a lot of pictures showing the experience of the retreat
- add a video for the viewers showcasing the features and benefits of the retreat.
What are the available payment options for hosts?
The partners will have 2 different payment options to choose from:
- Partners can opt for a “request reservation” button on their listings through which they can accept any reservation quickly and directly. They can work with the customers directly for payments either before or after the retreat. (Not Recommended)
- The second option would be to opt for the “book now” button and the customer would have to pay deposits for reservations (in which case you can set the deposit % as our commission %). The balance payment can be collected by you directly from the customer. Setting the deposit % same as the commission rate would minimize transactions and streamline the payment process. In case, the deposit % is higher than the commission rate, we will transfer the excess funds after deducting our commission directly to your bank account within 48 hours of receiving the payment. (Highly Recommended)
What is the payment and cancellation policy?
You can choose form the following 3 standard policies: Flexible, Moderate and Custom
Flexible - Option 1
- 100% deposit refund if cancellation is 30+ days before the event.
- 50% deposit refund if cancellation is 15-29 days before the event.
- 0% deposit refund if cancellation is 0-14 days before the event.
- The remaining balance (total price minus deposit) is due upon arrival
Flexible - Option 2
- 100% deposit refund if cancellation is 30+ days before the event.
- 50% deposit refund if cancellation is 15-29 days before the event.
- 0% deposit refund if cancellation is 0-14 days before the event.
- The remaining balance (total price minus deposit) is due 14 days before the retreat start date.
- The remaining balance is non-refundable once paid.
Moderate - Option 1
- 100% deposit refund if cancellation is 45+ days before the event.
- 50% deposit refund if cancellation is 30-44 days before the event.
- 0% deposit refund if cancellation is 0-29 days before the event.
- The remaining balance (total price minus deposit) is due 14 days before the retreat start date.
- The remaining balance is non-refundable once paid.
Moderate - Option 2
- 100% deposit refund if cancellation is 45+ days before the event.
- 50% deposit refund if cancellation is 30-44 days before the event.
- 0% deposit refund if cancellation is 0-29 days before the event.
- The remaining balance (total price minus deposit) is due 30 days before the retreat start date.
- The remaining balance is non-refundable once paid.
Custom - You can add your own payments and cancellation policies if you don’t agree with any of our standard policies. You can add your policies under the “Other details” tab of the “Add wellness program” section.
When will I need to pay a commission for a booking?
We will send an invoice at the end of every month with the commission amount due. The invoice will be sent for all the confirmed reservations where there were no deposits required or if the deposit amount was lower than the commission rate. If the customer initially came through our website but reached out to you directly for any reservations and payments, please notify and share all the booking details with us at the earliest. This is so that we can invoice you accordingly. All invoices need to be paid at least 2 weeks before the retreat start date. Failure to do so will attract a 5% penalty.
We greatly appreciate you letting us know if we brought you any direct bookings to keep the integrity of our partnership. However, if we notice the if any retreat owner is trying to hide any bookings from us, unfortunately, we will have to ban them from our site.
My retreat begins in 2 weeks. Can I still upload the listing?
Yes, you can still upload your listings. If you are running any last-minute discounts to fill in the spots then please let us know and we can promote your listing to fill in the spots.
Can the guests book their accommodations separately?
No, the price for all listings should include accommodations in it. The goal is to provide all-inclusive prices to customers. This is for the customers’ convenience so that they don’t have to hassle about finding their total cost or managing multiple transactions for bookings.
Can I update any account changes after I sign-up?
Yes, you can update any account changes after the initial registration process is complete.
Is there a way to manage overbooking?
Yes, an email is sent to notify the supplier after the customer sends his reservation either through “request reservation” or “book now” button. The supplier has a 24-hour window to either confirm or reject the booking. To make it convenient, the supplier will be able to select the confirm or reject button in the email itself or through the manage bookings section in the vendor dashboard panel. Even though you have an option to reject the booking during the 24-hour time frame, please ensure that the number of open spots in your listing is always updated in order to avoid(0) such instances.
What do I do when my retreats are full?
If your retreat is available for multiple dates and it is full on a particular date, then you can simply remove that date from the listing. If you have a single date retreat listing, you can just deactivate the listing by clicking ‘deactivate’ under ‘my retreats’ section. If your retreat runs at regular intervals for the whole year or for a specific period then you can just add unavailable dates for the period that the retreats are full. Please make sure to always keep your open slots and availability period up to date. However, as mentioned earlier, even if you fail to do so in certain circumstances then you can use the 24 hour window to accept or reject reservations to avoid(0) any overbooking.
